Le Restaurant
A collaborative effort between executive chef Vincent Guillou's team, our network of local farmers and the talented gardeners on-site at La Maison Bleue, Le Restaurant serves a seasonally changing selection of dishes that borrow from the culinary cultures of both France and Egypt. Whether you'd prefer to dine alfresco on the shaded terrace, in our elegant dining room, or in the privacy of your own suite, you can do so in the knowledge that almost all of the ingredients have been sourced from within a few miles.
